How can I help you?

I am committed to upholding the ethical principles that underpin good practice as outlined by the Federation of Holistic Therapists and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy which include complete confidentiality, putting clients first, being accountable and working to professional standards.
The first point of contact is usually a phone call when I can discuss your concerns with you and you can find out a bit more about what I do. This gives you the opportunity to ask any questions and see if you are happy to go ahead. I will be completely frank with you about whether or not I think I can help, based on my experience of seeing many people with a range of issues over several years.
The next step will be an appointment which can take up to 2 hours during which we explore your concerns in depth and I can suggest which of Mind-BodyTech therapies would be most effective. A holistic approach ensures I consider all the relevant factors so as to develop a personalised, therapeutic solution in consultation with you. I will explain everything to you and answer all your questions. |
I felt Mandy understood my experience in a way no one else had done previously. She showed me how to use Brain Gym®, which helped me to overcome my exam phobia by working it out through my body. I'd tried talking therapy before and knew it wasn't for me because I couldn't find the words that would properly speak about my problem. To begin with I experienced huge relief. Then my success in qualifying felt fantastic.

It is important that you consult your GP about any disease or pain problems.
The MindBodyTech approach cannot, and does not, provide medical diagnosis or treatment, but instead aims to correct any imbalances that are revealed during a session. The focus is a preventative one which involves promoting conditions conducive to achieving good health and functioning, so as to underpin and activate a natural propensity for wellbeing and skilfulness.
